Organic Pumpkin and Winter Squash Marketing and Production was published by the National Sustainable Agriculture Information Service (ATTRA), which provides farmers and educators information on sustainable agricultural practices, and was written by NCAT Agriculture Specialists Janet Bachmann and Katherine Adam. This 2010 publication is an overview of organic production and marketing of the cucurbits commonly referred to as pumpkins and winter squash.
